Madison Square Park is a true urban park in the heart of Flatiron and NoMad. With its distinctive horticulture and stunning gardens. Named for James Madison in 1814, the park has a rich history including being the birthplace of baseball.


Our tour will be guided by Miriam Berman. Ms Berman is the author of the highly acclaimed history of the Flatiron neighborhood, Madison Square-The Park and its Celebrated Landmarks. She has done extensive research for The City Parks Foundation, Manhattan User's Guide and Campaign for the New Madison Square Park. Her book is available on Amazon and she will be happy to sign your copy.


The approx 2 hour tour is rain or shine.
